Certificate of Incorporation incl. Shares & Directors
✔ Official incorporation certificate must explicitly state:
- Share capital structure – authorized share capital, issued shares, class of shares.
- Full details of directors – names, appointment dates, residential addresses as per CAC.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association extract (if required).
Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by tax authority (FIRS / relevant body) proving current tax compliance for the entity or promoters.
- Must show latest assessment year & tax payment status.
National Identification Number (NIN)
Each director must provide their unique 11-digit NIN.
Minimum 2 directors required for private limited liability company.
Minimum 2 directors required for private limited liability company.
- NIN will be electronically verified.
Passport Photograph
Recent coloured passport photograph (white background) for each director.
- Format: JPG or PNG, max 2MB per photo.
- Must show clear face, no sunglasses or headgear (except religious).
Registration Procedure
- Prepare Documents
Gather Certificate of Incorporation (with shares+director details), Tax Clearance, directors' NIN & recent photos.
- Start Registration
Click "Start Registration" to create Account. After Account Created a verification link will be sent to your registered email Account, access your email to verify your account
- Login
You can Login with the Username and Password Provided during Creating your Account to access your Dashboard, then Click on License Form or New Registration to Fill your Registration Details
- Complete Application
Fill company details, upload all required documents, provide director information.
- Validation & Payment
System validates documents. Pay registration fee via secure gateway(Remita).
- Final Approval
Compliance review within 5–7 business days. License issued upon approval.
